1. No refunds

All shy.bio purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for digital profile features, badges, verification, customization, upgrades, premium access, or other delivered digital products.

2. Digital delivery

Most purchases unlock digital benefits immediately or after review. Once a purchase is submitted, approved, delivered, or made available to the account, the payment is final except where a refund is required by applicable law.

3. Support review

If a purchase did not apply correctly, contact support through https://discord.gg/shybio with your account and order details. We may fix the delivery issue, restore access, or provide the purchased feature, but this does not create a right to a refund.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud signals, or unpaid balances may cause related features to be removed while the issue is reviewed.

5. Abuse and removal

No refund is owed if features are removed or restricted because an account violates the Terms, abuses purchases, resells access, misuses verification, evades moderation, or submits false information.
