1. User responsibility

Users are responsible for making sure they have the rights needed to upload, link, embed, display, customize, or distribute content on shy.bio. This includes profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, badges, icons, music, text, usernames, links, and any hosted media.

By using shy.bio, you confirm that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights. If you copy another person's work without permission, you are responsible for the consequences.

2. Reporting infringement

If you believe content on shy.bio infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, send a notice through https://discord.gg/shybio with enough information for us to identify and review the material. We may request additional information before acting on incomplete or unclear notices.

3. Include in your notice

Please include your legal name or authorized representative name, contact information, the copyrighted work or trademark you claim was infringed, the shy.bio URL or content location, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate.

If you are acting for a rights holder, include evidence of your authority to act. False, abusive, or misleading notices may be rejected and may expose the sender to legal responsibility.

4. Review and action

We may remove or restrict access to reported content while we review a notice. We may also preserve records, block reuploads, restrict profile features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action needed to protect shy.bio and rights holders.

Repeat, willful, commercial, or bad-faith infringement may be escalated to hosting providers, payment processors, law enforcement, or outside legal counsel. 5. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, contact us through https://discord.gg/shybio with details explaining your rights or authorization to use the content. Include the removed content location, your contact information, and any proof of ownership, license, permission, fair use, or other legal basis.

6. Trademarks and impersonation

Reports involving trademark misuse, brand impersonation, fake affiliation, copied branding, or misleading profiles can also be sent through https://discord.gg/shybio for review. We may remove or restrict profiles that create confusion, misuse another party's brand, or attempt to profit from another person's reputation.

7. No permission to scrape or clone

You may not scrape, clone, copy, mirror, resell, or redistribute shy.bio pages, designs, branding, code, user profiles, or hosted assets except as allowed by law or with written permission. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
