1. Platform safety

shy.bio is for lawful profiles, links, media, badges, and social presence. You may not use the service to harm users, evade moderation, impersonate others, distribute malware, phish, spam, scrape, or interfere with the service.

2. Content rules

Do not publish illegal content, stolen work, misleading brand use, non-consensual private information, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, hateful conduct, or content designed to deceive users about identity, affiliation, payment, or ownership.

3. Profile and badge abuse

You may not sell, rent, fake, transfer, or misrepresent profile badges, verification, staff status, premium access, usernames, aliases, invites, or account ownership. Badge and verification status may be reviewed against Discord server roles and purchase records.

4. Automation and traffic

Automated traffic, fake views, artificial link clicks, credential stuffing, rate-limit evasion, botnets, and attempts to manipulate leaderboard or analytics data are prohibited.

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, hidden profiles, loss of paid features, badge removal, username release, account suspension, account termination, blocked visitor sources, or escalation to service providers and legal authorities when appropriate.
