1. Review signals

shy.bio may review reports, payment disputes, Discord server signals, profile changes, abuse patterns, automated traffic, security events, and rights-holder notices to protect users and the service.

2. Possible actions

Actions may include warnings, content removal, badge removal, profile hiding, feature restriction, purchase review, account suspension, account termination, visitor-source bans, username release, or permanent UID reservation.

3. Verification and badges

Verification and badge access may be synced with Discord server roles and internal purchase records. If a user loses the required server role or supporting record, shy.bio may remove the website badge or verified state.

4. Appeals

Users may contact support through https://discord.gg/shybio with the affected profile, account details, and any evidence showing the action was incorrect.

5. Escalation

Serious fraud, abuse, safety threats, intellectual-property disputes, or unlawful conduct may be escalated to hosting providers, payment processors, Discord, law enforcement, or legal counsel.
